Enjoy a musical yoga guided by Ganesh's open heart and gentle strumming of his guitar. The class combines soft yoga postures, mindfulness meditation, and breathing exercises, while Ganesh serenades you with his playing and his soothing voice. He will chant sacred mantras that will leave a calming vibration throughout the body and soul. You will more easily enter into relaxation and concentration, and be given the space to enjoy an introspective, free flowing class guided by your own pace and ability.
